Free Community Reiki and Healing Circle for people who have/had Breast Cancer.

If you’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer—whether you’re currently in treatment or completed it years ago—please join us for an evening of Reiki and community.  Events are led by and for people who have/had breast cancer to create community and learn from each other. No prior experience is required. This event is open to 20 people who have/had breast cancer.

This free gathering is designed to bring together people who have or have had breast cancer, offering a space for community and relaxation. Brynn Barale, RN, HHC will lead a gentle guided body scan meditation and then you will receive Reiki.  Reiki is a modality that helps with stress, anxiety, pain, and sleep regulation.

• A mat, pillows, blankets or anything else to help you lie comfortably on your back. (10 mats available on site if you do not have your own.)
